Postnatal Doula

A postpartum doula works with families in the postnatal period, providing them with culturally appropriate, emotional, physical and informational support.

Be With Me From Birth offers a choice of three 6-week packages to suit your needs and support you from as soon as your baby is born. Visits generally last from 3-5 hours, for the number of days a week that you require. I am also happy to do one-off or adhoc sessions to allow for flexibility.

“Birth is not only about making babies. Birth is about making mothers. Strong, competent, capable mothers who trust themselves and know their inner strength.”

- Barbara Katz Rothman
